1. Preparation before operation

4. Precautions

Maintenance of the Head Spinning Machine
Daily maintenance: This includes daily cleaning of the spinning machine to ensure that all screws, pipes or other components are tight, and removing machine dust and debris that cause grease buildup. Check the spindle for damage or wear from grease loss, and all bearings and rolling rings for overheating or scorching, and replace damaged parts if any. Air supply system overhaul: Check the air supply system for air leaks and keep the air line normal. Pay attention to the equipment dehydration equipment near the initial end of the air supply line and check and maintain it frequently. Check the condition of oiling equipment, keep the oil supply of each relative rotating and sliding parts of the press sufficient, check whether the oil tank, oil pool, oil cup, pump, etc. is sufficient. There is no dirt, each oil injection parts, oil pipeline, joints have no oil leakage, if there is oil leakage need to immediately replace the seals.
Brake maintenance: Pay attention to adjusting the compression length of the brake spring to ensure that the spring pressure can press the flywheel without slipping under the state of air breakage. Brake friction pad thickness less than 10mm should be replaced in time.
Inspection of other loose bolts: Regularly check whether the bolts of each component (including the mounting bolts of the attached equipment) are loose, and if they are loose, they should be tightened immediately.
Regular checking and repairing of transmission system, electrical system and various auxiliary equipment functions: Carry out regular checking and repairing to prevent equipment failure or jamming.
Regular accuracy check: The accuracy of the press may be reduced with the increase of using time. Therefore, regular precision checking should be carried out to find out and solve the problems as early as possible, so as to avoid affecting the precision of the pressed products as well as the life of the molds.
