Axle Assembly Production Line

The core modules of the axle assembly production line feature a quick-changeover design. By replacing specific fixtures and calling upon parameterized programs, it can flexibly adapt to different axle tonnages (such as light, heavy, and bus axles), various brake types (drum and disc), and ABS sensor interface configurations. Each workstation has ample space for process adjustments, allowing for both high-speed production of standard products and small-batch production of customized vehicles.
