Laser Cutting Machine Precautions

The precautions for operating the laser cutting machine are as follows:
1. Comply with the general cutting machine safety operation procedures. In strict accordance with the laser start-up procedure start the laser, dimming, test machine.
2. The operator must be trained to be familiar with the cutting software, equipment structure and performance, and master the knowledge of the operating system.
3. Wear labor protective equipment according to the regulations, and wear protective glasses that meet the regulations near the laser beam.
4. Do not process a material before it is clear whether it can be irradiated or cut by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and vapor.
5. When the equipment is in operation, the operator shall not leave the post without permission or ask someone to wait for the tube. If it is really necessary to leave, the machine should stop or cut off the power switch.
6. When anomalies are found in the process of processing, the machine should be shut down immediately, troubleshooting in time or reporting to the supervisor.
7. Keep fire extinguishers within easy reach; Turn off the laser or optical brake when not processing; Do not place paper, cloth, or other flammable materials near an unprotected laser beam.
